Refund policy

Hope Church uses a 3rd party service to produce and ship all store products. Each product you order is custom made according to your chosen design, color, and size. Because these are one-off products there is never an inventory to be restocked or resold. Our refund policy is determined by the refund policy of our product supplier (Printful). All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. Please read these policies carefully as they are different from what you might be used to.

 

Product Defect

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on the part of Printful will be handled at the expense of Printful. To report a problem follow these steps below and send an email to info@hope4nc.com:

  1. Take a photo of the issue with your product.
  2. Write a description of the issue with your product.
  3. Attach a copy of your receipt with your name and order number

We will then submit this information to Printful to begin the reshipment process.


Customer Preference

There is no refund or exchange for a product without any defect or due to a wrong size, color or design being ordered. If the product matches exactly what you ordered our supplier will not accept a return.


Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you discover you have entered the wrong address on your order please contact info@hope4nc.com as soon as possible.
